Sales Policy

The customer acquires the paging device and the telephone connection to that device. The payment of the device can be made by bank transfer, by cash on delivery, through our virtual TPV or through Paypal.
Payments for the telephone connection service will be made by bank transfer, virtual POS or Paypal. The payment of the service will be made in advance. The term already paid will not be refundable even if the client desists from the service.
The guarantee of the device is 2 years. Any device that has been manipulated, mistreated or used in an inappropriate way for its use will automatically be out of warranty.

Return policy

Return period

The return period is 15 calendar days from the delivery of the device.
The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, and after checking the condition of the goods, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the terms established in the RDL 1/2007, except for payment in cash, which will be refunded by bank transfer.
